I heart Faces!

I am so not a photographer, but I love messing with my camera.  I heart faces is holding a competition for added texture to pictures.  So, I decided on a whim to enter.  I love this pic of my daughter after a rough day of skiing, can you say attitude?  She really is sweet, you just can’t tell in this photo.  I just added a little texture and a icy blue border because I didn’t know what else to do :)

Yoplait Kids Strong & Happy drawing contest!

5 minutes to Mom blog is hosting a contest for kids so get out those crayons, pencils or whatever else you can think of.  Go HERE to read the contest information and details to enter! I asked my son to do a drawing for me while I was at work that made him happy – as you can see – Surfing makes him happy (although we only are in waters once or twice a year for him to be able to).  He is 7 and here is his entry:
